6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips 3 oz. Chinese noodles, preferably Chun King 3 oz. salted peanuts Melt butterscotch chips either in microwave or on low heat in a pot on the stove. Remove from heat source. Stir in noodles and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper and let set for several hours. Serves 20. |
