MARINATED STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef chuck steak, cut fat from steak
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. mustard

Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, and mustard. Remove fat from beef steak. Place steak in plastic bag; add marinade. Spread evenly on both sides. Close bag securely and leave in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Pour marinade off and discard. Place steak in a broiler pan. Broil 20 minutes to desired doneness; turn twice. Carve steak into thin slices to serve. Serves 5.
