1 1/3 c. biscuit mix
1 1/4 c. instant potato flakes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix all ingredients together. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Form into balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 8 minutes.
