CREAM OF ONION SOUP 
3 med. onions, sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 pt. milk (hot or cold)

Saute onions in butter until lightly browned. Add flour and bread crumbs. When combined, add milk and heat to boiling. Place over hot water and cook 1/2 hour. Add salt, sprinkle lightly with paprika and serve.
