1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. can water chestnuts 1 carrot, diced very fine 1 sm. onion, diced very fine 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or Adobo seasoning Spoon about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture into a won ton wrapper. Roll up distributing mixture evenly. Seal seam with small amount of water on finger tip. Deep fry until won ton wrapper is golden brown. Drain on paper towel. |
