SALMON AND OLIVE LINGUINE 
4 oz. linguine
1/2 lb. salmon fillet, skinned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped olives
1 tsp. dried oregano
Pepper to taste

Broil fish 5-7 minutes or until it flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in oil until soft. Add oregano and olives and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Prepare linguine according to package directions. Cut cooked salmon into bite-size pieces and add to onion mixture. Serve over linguine.
