BLUEBERRY DELIGHT DESSERT 
18 graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling

Roll crackers into fine crumbs. Add sugar and butter, blend together. Place in bottom of 8 x 11 inch pan. Mix together eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool. Top with pie filling mix. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
