BROWNIE PIE 
3 egg whites
Pinch salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Oreo cookies, crushed
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Beat to a soft peak, 3 egg whites and pinch of salt. Gradually add 3/4 cup of sugar and beat until very stiff. Fold in 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies, 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spoon into lightly buttered pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with cookie crumbs and pecans on top. Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
