SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour, mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed, undrained pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and eggs. Add alternately, flour and pineapple. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frost when cool with frosting: 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 3/4 stick melted butter
