SWEDISH LIMPA RYE BREAD 
1-1/8 to 1-1/4 cup water
2-1/2 cup bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1-1/2 grated rind of orange
2 teaspoon active dry yeast

The fennel seeds add an unusual licorice flavor to this bread. Thinly sliced it's good enough for any smorgasbord.

Place all ingredients in bread machine pan and press "start".

After the baking cycle ends, remove bread.

Makes 1-1/2 lb. loaf
