SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Repeat layers. Pour cream over layers and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
