3 c. ground cooked ham
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
4 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Yields: 3 1/2 cups.
