BEEFY, CHEESY, CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
16 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chillies
1 can French fried onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Brown and drain ground chuck. Mix ground chuck with all other ingredients. Mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired.
