1 lb. process cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar pimento
1 slice of onion
2 sweet pickles
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salad dressing (homemade)

Grind cheese, pimento, onion, and pickles. Add Worcestershire sauce. Mix with enough dressing to spread.

HOMEMADE DRESSING:

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk until slightly thickened. Store in refrigerator. May be added to pimento cheese, slaw, chicken salad, or tuna salad.
