PORK CHOP POTATO BAKE 
5 med. potatoes, peeled
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
6 med.-lg. pork chops
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 can water

Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Place in large buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion. Brown pork chops in skillet and place over potatoes. Spread soup over pork chops. Pour water over soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
