MINT DAZZLER 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (or graham crackers)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy

Combine crumbs and melted butter and press into 9x13 inch pan. Cream and beat until fluffy next 4 ingredients. Spoon over crumb crust and let set 20 minutes in refrigerator. Mix whipped cream and marshmallows. Spoon over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with peppermint candy. Put in freezer 8-10 hours.

The old recipe is with pastel after dinner mints. This is a traditional Easter dessert.
