BREADED MEAT LOAF 
1 loaf frozen bread
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Thaw bread in refrigerator overnight. Let stand for one hour before cooking meat loaf. Reserve one tablespoon of egg for glaze. Combine ingredients, mix lightly. Shape into 9"x4" loaf dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Press dough on bottom of greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" jelly roll pan. Place meat loaf in center of dough. Fold ends over loaf. Cut six strips of dough on each side of loaf, cross over top. Brush with reserved egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
