TERIYAKI STEAK STIR FRY 
1 round steak
1 can carrots
1 green pepper
1 can mushrooms
2 Italian squash
1 onion
1 bottle teriyaki sauce
Sugar
Vinegar
Cornstarch
Rice

Cut steak into pieces and marinate in sauce for two hours. Use half of the bottle. Fry in 2 tablespoons oil for five minutes. Drain oil.

Chop up green pepper, squash and onion. After meat is cooked, add green peppers and cook for three minutes. Add rest of vegetables and cook unitl they reach desirable tenderness.

Sauce: Use equal teriyaki to equal water. Pour into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 6 tablespoons cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Simmer until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked rice and serve.
