GRANDMA JUDY'S SWEDISH ROLLS 
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
6 c. flour
1 sm. block of yeast

Mix milk, butter, salt and sugar. Heat slowly until mixture almost comes to a boil. Let cool. Mix yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Beat eggs into milk mixture and add yeast. Add flour to mixture and knead.

Place in a large greased bowl and allow to raise until doubled. Roll out 1/3 of the mixture at a time. Spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon and fold over into a long roll. Allow dough to raise. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
