LEMONY FRUIT DRESSING 
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 well beaten egg
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

In a quart saucepan combine sugar and flour. Stir in lemon peel, juice, egg and marshmallows. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly and marshmallows melt, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly, fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cover and chill. Serve with fruit salads. Makes about 2 cups.
