1 1/2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1/2 cup cream

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Combine pumpkin, honey, spices and salt. Beat eggs and add milk, cream and vanilla.

Stir the egg mixture into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the center has set.
