SIMPLE PASTA 
2 eggs
1/2 lb. pasta (8 oz)
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbs. butter
1 chicken breast (pre-cooked) or 1/2 turkey breast
Salt & pepper, to taste

Boil pasta over medium heat. While cooking chop meat to desired size and place in skillet, lightly season meat with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned.

Place eggs in a bowl and beat. Pour into another skillet and begin scrambling.

Drain pasta and place back in pot. Add butter and mix until melted and noodles are coated. Add eggs and meat and mix thoroughly. Then add in your cheese and mix until melted, lightly sprinkle in salt and pepper and mix.

Serve and enjoy!

Total cook time: 30 minutes to 1 hour.
