HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lb. beef, cubed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, diced
3/4 cup catsup
dry mustard, to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
salt & pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste
water, as needed

Sauté onion & garlic. Dredge beef cubes in flour; brown in oil. Add other ingredients, add enough water to make gravy; simmer until all flavors blend. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
