PICKLED GREEN BEANS 
Green beans, cut up, or yellow beans or both
1 med. onion, sliced or cubed
Green pepper
Celery, cut up small
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Stir this all together and pour over beans and vegetables. Let stand overnight. Drain, if using canned beans. Omit oil and add equal amount of water if desired. (I don't use green peppers.)
