BLUEBERRY AND PEACH COBBLER 
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches
1 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened

In a saucepan, combine first five ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fruit and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and tests done. Serve warm. Yield: about 6 servings.
