ONE-STEP HAMBURGER MEAL | |
1 lb. ground beef 4 lg. potatoes 1 lg. onion 1 bell pepper 2 lg. carrots Worcestershire sauce Salt Pepper Mix hamburger with salt and pepper to taste. Mold hamburger into four large patties and place on individual pieces of aluminum foil. Slice potatoes, carrots, green pepper, onions on top of hamburger pattie. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Seal each meal tightly. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, make a small hole in bottom of each one to drain grease off. |
