POPCORN MIX 
6 c. popped popcorn
2 c. corn Chex
2 c. Cheerios
1-2 c. peanuts
1/4 c. corn syrup (light)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar

In large saucepan cook last three ingredients, bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes then add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over popcorn/cereal mixture. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Take immediately out of pan and store in plastic or glass containers.
