BERNICE'S CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 tbsp. pimentos, cut in strips
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1/4 c. light cream
2 c. chicken gravy
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds

Place the broccoli in a shallow buttered casserole dish. Combine chicken, pimentos, cream, salt and pepper. Combine chicken mixture with gravy. Pour over the broccoli and top with almonds. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
