CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY COOKIE 
COOKIE DOUGH:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar

1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and add flour mixture.

CHOCOLATE COVER:

1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp. Maraschino cherry juice

Heat thru in microwave or saucepan. Drain cherries and use juice for frosting. Make dough into 1 inch balls. Flatten with thumb. Insert a cherry into impression. Spoon about 1 teaspoon chocolate mixture over cherry. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
