LOW-FAT VANILLA ALMOND "CREAM
CHEESE"
 
2 c. non-fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. chopped slivered almonds

Place a coffee filter or cheese cloth in a funnel over a small bowl. Put yogurt in filter and drain yogurt in refrigerator overnight. (Yogurt should be the consistency of soft cream cheese.) Transfer yogurt to small bowl and combine with rest of ingredients. Store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving so flavors can come together.
