CHICKEN - MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. onion
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Reserve 2 tablespoons for sauce. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Cook 350 degrees until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, about 1 hour.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. mushrooms
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. slat
1/8 tsp. pepper
Splash Worcestershire sauce

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Stir in flour. Cook over low heat; add broth. Heat to boiling; add remaining ingredients. Serve with casserole.
