QUICK BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 heaping tbsp. baking powder
Salt to taste
1/3 c. butter Crisco
1 c. buttermilk (may use dry mix in can)

Mix flour, baking powder, salt. Add butter Crisco then buttermilk. Knead and pat to 1/2 inch thick. Cut. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
