CHILI 
1 lb. ground round
1 lb. hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
2 cans pinto beans
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. cumin powder
1 can beer
2 pkg. chili mix
1 can stewed tomatoes, blended in blender
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 med. pods finely chopped garlic
Salt to taste

Pinch meat into pieces and brown slightly in large kettle. Then add all the other ingredients plus water to cover all. Add 1 can of beer. Bring to boil, then lower heat and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. The longer it cooks, the better. Keep adding water if it is needed. When you add the pinto beans, add juice and all. You can use jalapeno pinto beans if you like it hot.
