Easy Chicken Curry 
2 lbs. Chicken Breast, cubed
1/2 cup Onion Paste
1 tsp. Garlic Paste
1 tsp. Ginger Paste
1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Chopped Cilantro for garnish
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Paprika
Salt to taste
2 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Heat oil in a pan. Cook onion, garlic and ginger pastes until golden brown.

2. Add turmeric, chili powder, paprika and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute.

3. Add tomato sauce. Cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the chicken pieces.

5. Add salt. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stirring once in awhile.

6. Continue cooking till the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

7. Add heavy cream. Cook another 2-3 minutes.

8. Garnish with cilantro.

9. Serve over basmati rice.
