7 LAYER DIP 
1 can refried beans, small
1 ripe avocado
Sour cream (16 oz.)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. can black olives, chopped
Shredded lettuce
2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
Grated cheese
Spring onions, optional

Heat refried beans with 3 or 4 tablespoons water. Spread them in an appetizer dish approximately casserole size. Mix 1/4 cup sour cream with mashed avocado. Spread on top of refried beans. Mix remaining sour cream with taco seasoning package and spread on. Then add lettuce on top, chopped tomatoes, cheese, and black olives. Serve with tortillas chips. Delicious!
