MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 batch popcorn, popped
1 brown grocery sack, sprayed with Pam
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix the butter, brown sugar and syrup in a bowl and boil in the microwave 3 minutes. Add the soda and stir. Pour over the popcorn in the bag and mix well. Heat popcorn in the bag for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and heat another 1 1/2 minutes. Spread on a cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
