PLUM CAKE 
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 jars strained plums (baby food type)
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
Pinch of salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix oil and sugar, plums and eggs in a large bowl. Add spices to flour and mix into oil, etc. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. (To make this cake cholesterol free use Canola oil and 6 ounces of Scramblers instead of eggs.)
