CHICKEN KIEV 
4 whole chicken breasts, deboned and pounded
Salt
4 tbsp. chopped green onion
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 stick butter, chilled
Flour
1 egg, beaten
Dry bread crumbs

On the inside of each chicken breast, sprinkle with salt, onion, and parsley. Put a pat of butter in center of cutlet. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Dust chicken roll with flour; dip into egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Chill for at least 1 hour. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
