CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, whatever)
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt
Pepper
1 packet dry onion soup
Parmesan cheese
Pancake mix (place in plastic bag)
1/3 c. milk

Roll chicken in pancake flour. Mix celery soup with milk and dry onion soup. Add salt and pepper. Grease casserole and arrange chicken. Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
