OYSTER STEW 
1/4 c. butter
Milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. celery
Dash of salt
Dash of Tabasco
1 pt. oysters, drained, save liquid

Melt butter over low heat, add drained oysters. Cook 3 minutes or until edges curl. Add oyster liquid to milk to make 3 cups. Add all ingredients to oysters, heat through.
