CAJUN - STYLE WINGS 
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
1 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
18 chicken wings (3 lb.) cleaned, tips removed

In large bowl, stir yogurt and hot pepper sauce until smooth. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, ground red pepper, salt and thyme. Dip chicken wings into yogurt mixture; then toss in flour mixture to coat. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Arrange chicken wings in single layer in large roasting pan (about 17 1/4 x 11 1/2 inch); drizzle with melted butter. Bake wings 35 minutes or until fork tender and coating is browned. Makes 6 servings. About 575 calories per serving.
