MAPLE NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
2 tsp. oil
1 c. milk
3 tsp. maple flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order listed. Pour into a foil lined loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan, Leaving foil on bread, wrap in more foil and refrigerate 2 hours.
