CHOCOLATE AMARETTO BALLS 
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 tbsp. Amaretto
1/2 to 1 tsp. almond extract
Almonds, finely chopped

In heavy pan, cover low heat, melt morsels with Eagle Brand condensed milk. Remove from heat. Stir in Amaretto and extract. Chill 2 hours. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and roll in nuts. Chill until firm. Store at room temperature in tightly covered container for at least 24 hours for improved flavor. Makes approximately 6 dozen.
