LOUISIANA CORNBREAD 
CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix cake ingredients well and bake in 9x13 inch pan for 45 minutes in 300 degree oven. Mix topping together and spread over cake while warm. Cut into squares.
