CALIFORNIA POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Small chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Boil potatoes with skins on, cool and grate, using large grater. Melt butter. Mix with soup and sour cream. Fold in potatoes, onions and cheese into soup mixture; sprinkle on topping of butter and corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
