PEACH PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix ingredients. Press into the bottom of an oblong Pyrex dish (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes, being careful not to let crust get too brown. Cool.

SECOND LAYER (FILLING) :

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 box (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar, sifted

Combine ingredients and spread evenly on crust.

THIRD LAYER (TOPPING) :

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) box peach Jello
4 c. fresh peaches, sliced

Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until clear and thick, Jello. Allow to cool until mixture is syrupy. Add peaches and pour over filling. Chill. Makes 12 squares.

Other fresh fruits may be substituted with a corresponding flavor of Jello.
