OVEN FRIED CHICKEN DIJON - STYLE 
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 - 2 c. seasoned croutons
4 chicken legs, about 10 oz. each

Melt butter, stir in mustard and set aside. Crush croutons, roll chicken in butter mixture and coat with croutons. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, skin side down. Turn over, cover with remaining butter and croutons. Bake 25 minutes.
