MICROWAVE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream (2 c.)
1 c. or less chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook uncovered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Pour in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool and cut in squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
