CARROTS IN WHITE SAUCE 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Carrots
Sm. diced onion

In saucepan melt butter. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook on simmer for about 1 minute. Add milk, stirring to prevent scorching. Add thinly sliced or julienned carrots and onion. Continue to stir. Cook about 5-10 minutes.
