BUILT IN CHEESEBURGERS | |
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated country style or buttermilk biscuits 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. instant minced onions 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Flour American cheese Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press 5 biscuits to 4 1/2 inch circles on ungreased cookie sheet. Combine ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 5 flat patties, coating both sides with flour. Place on biscuit circles. Top with 1 inch slices of cheese. Press remaining biscuits to 5-inch circles. Place over patties; moisten edges and seal with fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with mustard and ketchup. |
